Best Practice: Communicating Caregiver Experience Outcomes

Powerfully wrapping up the Caregiver Experience Survey cycle is an impactful way to communicate yearly progress towards caregiver experience.

Guidance from our HR team in IS & RESO

  1. Communicate 2021 priorities and progress towards action plans thus far.
  2. Be transparent about priorities and objectives that shifted throughout the year.
  3. Roll over items into 2022 that did not see action or progress.
  4. Use a communication tool if helpful.
