Powerfully wrapping up the Caregiver Experience Survey cycle is an impactful way to communicate yearly progress towards caregiver experience.
Guidance from our HR team in IS & RESO
- Communicate 2021 priorities and progress towards action plans thus far.
- Be transparent about priorities and objectives that shifted throughout the year.
- Roll over items into 2022 that did not see action or progress.
- Use a communication tool if helpful.
