Cybersecurity PKI Services has implemented a new Certificate Management System to generate and manage client and web public key infrastructure certificates. A PKI certificate is a critical cybersecurity component used to authenticate users, devices, and servers online. This new CMS delivers a user-friendly, unified automation and management platform to certificate owners throughout Providence enterprise networks.

Providence Cybersecurity has implemented an Endpoint Privilege Management program across IS and RESO to ensure caregivers have the appropriate level of administrative rights over their Windows 10 computers. The program implementation has reduced the risk of accidental exposure of Providence data and systems to external threats while still giving caregivers the administrative rights they need when those specific rights are required.
