Fall is in Full Swing

I hope everyone is enjoying the Fall season now in full swing.

Thank you to everyone who provided their thoughtful feedback to our 2022 Caregiver Experience Survey. I appreciate the strong participation – 84 percent of IS and 77 percent of RESO. We will get access to the data later this month and will start action planning around how we can continue to invest in caregiver experience with what you shared.

Three weeks ago, my executive leadership team and I got together to discuss our IS & RESO strategic priorities and planning for 2023. It was a great opportunity to reflect on what we have accomplished in the past few years, and I could not be prouder of the amount of progress we have made. We also took the time to identify our biggest challenges and areas of opportunity and what we can do as a team to tackle them. For example, what we need to do to become less siloed and have even greater alignment across all the parts of our org. We plan to share an updated version of the 2023 IS & RESO Strategic Priorities with caregivers in late-November and our pillars leaders are developing metrics to track success against each . . .
