It’s that time of year again where we reflect on all of the work we’ve done for caregiver experience over the past nine months and prepare for the next Caregiver Experience Survey coming on October 5.
Each of our pillars put in a great deal of work and will be sharing their outcomes in the next Caregiver Experience Learning Sessions on September 21 and September 27.
For IS & RESO combined, we are wrapping up the year powerfully! We had four areas of focus for 2022 and they were senior leadership, retention (includes workload and burnout), Our Promise, and The Mission/Values.
BJ held fireside chats with Craig Arnold, Eric Wexler, Lisa Vance, and Guy Hudson — where we learned about Craig’s vision for the RESO organization and heard about how the work we do impacts the regions.
We presented the idea that retention focus groups be held at the pillar level and each executive leader chose how they wanted to implement that suggestion.
We hosted focus groups to better understand what living our promise looks like — and especially what senior leadership living our promise looks like. The results have been compiled and will be presented to executive leadership in October and then shared more broadly from there.
We continued to implement the Mission Integration Program and Mission Ambassadors program across IS & RESO and created a Living the Values in IS & RESO collection of caregiver quotes for how they are living or seeing the values show up in their daily work here at Providence.
As we wrap up the 2021 action plans, think on what you and your team accomplished. What were your successes? What were your roadblocks? Would you do anything different in the coming year? Your leaders will be reaching out to you to talk about what has been accomplished — take those reflections into that meeting and share your thoughts with your leader to help us make 2023 an even more successful year!
