We had more than 600 caregivers attend the second month of the caregiver experience learning sessions in which we explored what sustainable engagement is and the different components that make it up.
In June, we will explore personal accountability and what you can do to improve your experience here at Providence. These sessions are for core leaders and individual contributors alike. Come energized and prepared to participate in the question portions of the session.
