In next week’s February edition of IS Update, we’re going to share our IS Mission focus for the month, all around our theme of “Because iCARE.”
We know that for our IS caregivers from legacy St. Joseph Health (SJH), the use of the SuccessFactors tool is new. And even our legacy Providence (PHS) caregivers can use a refresher course when it comes to utilizing the system for giving recognition to your colleagues.

Using the system lets their core leader know they’re doing their great work and makes them eligible for the various “bonus rewards” we have within IS iCARE for obtaining certain levels of recognition, based on the number of kudos submitted in SuccessFactors.
