Clinical Technology Services (CTS) has identified a primary point of contact at each ministry in an effort to ease the way of our technology partners needing to connect with us. This contact list shows the CTS Point of Contact, Clinical Engineering Leader, and End User Services Leader for each ministry.
The goal of this list isn’t to replace the engagement processes leveraging ServiceNow, but to augment the engagement model to provide clarity on how to engage regionally around systemic issues, project, or other efforts that fall out of our routine operational processes in ServiceNow. Please continue to leverage ServiceNow self-serve or the AskIT Service Desk where appropriate and reach out to the folks on this list as needed.
