Our planning committee has been hard at work, organizing games and holiday fun that we’ll enjoy together on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.
We’ll once again have two time options to accommodate caregivers in the US and India, as well as an after-school time option for US kiddos that want time with Santa.
Our Mission raffle with prizes donated by our exec team will benefit the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank’s Mobile Food Pantry program in the U.S. and and United Way Mission in India. Purchase your raffle tickets today.
Whether you’re attending virtually or in-person in Renton during the afternoon time option, get into the festive spirit by wearing a Christmas or winter-themed outfit to the event (green-and-red sweaters, Santa hats, Christmas light bulb necklaces, oh my!).

Time Option 1 – US early birds and PGC caregivers in Hyderabad
Kick off at BJ’s Mini Open Forum
7:30-8:00 a.m. (PT) / 9:00-9:30 p.m. (IST)
We’ll join BJ Moore, IS & RESO EVP/CIO, Santa, and Sister Susanne for a condensed, 30-minute Open Forum. Look in your calendar for the invite from BJ Moore with the main event link.
Four 15-minute Christmas Social activity segments
8:00-9:00 a.m. (PT) / 9:30-10:30 p.m. (IST)
Activities will include Santa’s Workshop for kids of all ages; a guest speaker from our LA Regional Food Bank Mission charity partner; and live game favorites with your fellow caregivers, including BINGO and Christmas-themed Jeopardy. Drop in on a new activity room every 15 minutes!
- Block 1: 8:00-8:15 a.m. (PT) / 9:30-9:45 p.m. (IST)
- Block 2: 8:15-8:30 a.m. (PT) / 9:45-10:00 p.m. (IST)
- Block 3: 8:30-8:45 a.m. (PT) / 10:00-10:15 p.m. (IST)

Time Option 2 – US afternoon with In-Person Opportunity for Puget Sound Area caregivers
Kick off at BJ’s Mini Open Forum
1:00-1:30 p.m. (PT)
We’ll join BJ Moore, IS & RESO EVP/CIO, Santa, and Sister Susanne for a condensed, 30-minute Open Forum. Look in your calendar for the invite from BJ Moore with the main event link. For Puget Sound-area caregivers, BJ and other executives will be in-person in our Renton Valley Office Park Vancouver conference rooms to mingle with those who’d like to come into the office and say hello.

We encourage kiddos who can make it to the time options above to join during our two primary IS & RESO Christmas Social windows, so our caregivers can see the cute interactions with Santa, but for those who need an after-school time option, you can sign up for a special late-afternoon Santa’s Workshop we have scheduled.
