The Caregiver Experience April Check-in Survey results are in and gave us some good insights for where to focus for the remainder of 2022. Providence had a 46% response rate enterprise-wide. IS had a 74% response rate and RESO had a 40% response rate — all higher than previous check-in surveys.
The two categories that scored the highest in IS and RESO were quality and supervision, while the areas we should focus on are resonance with the Mission, role success, and workload.
It was identified that caregivers with one year or less with the organization had the highest scores across most categories, while those caregivers with 3-7 years with the organization had the lowest scores across most categories.
We are going to continue to focus on retention (including burnout and workload) and double down on Mission and Values. Glenda Fossum-Smith is leading the We are the Mission sessions through the end of July, and we will continue on with the Mission Integration and Mission Ambassadors Program.
