Willis Towers Watson will be sending out a caregiver experience check-in survey on April 6 which will run through April 20. The survey will consist of 17 questions and should take 5-10 minutes to complete. The primary focus of this check-in survey will be engagement and retention. Your answers will help determine any adjustments needed to our efforts in those areas this year.
