Do you know who your IS & RESO Caregiver Experience Committee (CEC) member representative is?
Each representative of the IS & RESO CEC is tasked with attending monthly meetings, being a Caregiver Experience subject matter expert (SME) and championing the action planning process within their pillar/division, and bringing back and sharing the information they learn in the committee meetings with their pillar/division leadership.
We also have a support team which consists of the program sponsors Doug Lewis, GVP of IS Administrative Technology, and Glenda Fossum-Smith, exec. director of RESO communications & Shared Services Mission, program manager Jennee’ Pool, members of HR’s Integrated Talent Management and our pillar HRBPs, as well as IS & RESO Communications, Mission, and HR. The support team’s role is to support the committee members as they grow their knowledge of Caregiver Experience, provide expert consulting and coaching services, and help provide general direction for theCaregiver Experience Committee programs.
The IS & RESO Caregiver Experience site has been updated with:
- A complete directory of representatives by each group
- A 2022 IS & RESO CEC yearbook to learn some fun facts about each of the committee members and see what excites them about caregiver engagement
