The IS & RESO Caregiver Experience Survey results are now available for core leaders to review, share, and make sense of the data by engaging their teams to explore meaning and context.
Next steps for core leaders
Core leaders should check their email for the link to their survey results. We are currently in the “Find Meaning” phase whereby core leaders share survey results, strengths and opportunities leading to caregiver-driven action planning which will occur in January.
Core leaders are encouraged to spend 20% of their time in the data and 80% in active engagement with their teams.
