Caregiver Experience Survey – Oct. 6-20

The 2021 Caregiver Experience Survey will be conducted beginning Oct. 6 by Willis Towers Watson (WTW), a third-party vendor. The survey will remain open for two weeks and close on Oct. 20 at 11:59 p.m. (PT). The survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete.

With the additional strain of the ongoing COVID-19 response, it is more important than ever that we hear from our caregivers about their experience. We are deeply grateful for everyone’s hard work during these unprecedented times. We want caregivers to tell us what they think.

Things to know about this year’s survey

  • Caregivers hired on or before Aug. 31, 2021, are eligible to take the survey.
  • Caregivers on leave will receive a survey invitation. Caregivers on leave who do not complete the survey will be removed from the response rates.
  • The online survey is offered in a variety of languages that reflect our largest demographics: English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Tagalog and Vietnamese.
  • The survey is mobile-friendly and may be completed on a smartphone or other mobile device.
  • The survey also includes important questions related to teamwork and safety climate as part of the Caring Reliably initiative.
  • WTW will email each caregiver a unique link on the day the survey opens. Caregivers should save their email until they complete the survey. This email should not be forwarded. You will be able to save the survey at any point and come back to finish.
  • If you lose your email from WTW, login directly to the 2021 Caregiver Experience Survey via this link: https://survey.willistowerswatson.com/en-us/LandingPage/720662374 and enter your employee ID to gain access. (Note: survey responses are confidential; your employee ID allows the survey software to recognize you as a valid survey participant.)
  • Caregivers should respond to the survey based on their work environment at the time of the survey. Although caregivers may experience change throughout the year, our goal is to understand everyone’s experience within the context of their current supervisor and workgroup.
  • Individual responses are completely confidential and are submitted directly to our survey vendor, WTW. In mid-November, WTW will distribute reports to core leaders for all groups with five (5) or more caregiver responses. This means an individual’s responses will not be singled out. Reports for groups with less than five responses are combined into the next level core leader’s results.
