3-Year IS Caregiver Experience Survey Trending

As our IS Caregiver Experience Committee has been rolling out the results of the 2020 Caregiver Experience Survey to core leaders, committee members, and teams, one question they received was: How have we done over the longer term?

While we shared last month how we performed year-over-year, the Caregiver Engagement Committee has pulled together the data that lets us compare (as much as possible, given how much our organization has evolved!) where we are today with where were three years ago.
