This year, B.J. Moore, EVP & CIO, and his executive leadership team, have continued their commitment to addressing the 2019 Caregiver Experience Survey feedback. Ahead of the opening of the 2020 Caregiver Experience Survey on October 7, we wanted to look back on the improvements and investments that IS has driven in the past year.
16 caregiver representatives from all ten IS functional pillars were chosen to be part of the Caregiver Experience Committee this past year. All representatives have offered perspectives on system-wide initiatives, best practices in their areas of IS, and coaching or mentoring to other committee members or those looking to support caregiver engagement across IS.
The purpose of the Caregiver experience committee is to increase highly sustainable engaged caregivers, play a role as advisors to the IS executive team, and build a community of passionate caregivers.
