Tuesday’s IS Open Forum Recording and Upcoming Sept. 1 Open Forum

CIO B.J. Moore, along with the IS executive team, held the IS Open forum on Tuesday, August 11, and discussed various topics.

  • B.J. shared details of the August 18 IS Summer Social, including the charity raffle, benefitting Providence Regina House (US proceeds), and a local NGO in Hyderabad (India proceeds).
  • Carlos Adame, Service Area Chief HR Officer, and his guest Maracie Wilson, HR Benefits Director, shared caregiver well-being resources. You can visit mychoosewell.org for more information.
  • Michael Marino, CMIO/SVP of Clinical Informatics & Strategic Partners, and Tabitha Lieberman, SVP, Clinical & Revenue Cycle Applications, discussed the intake transformation. This shift will focus on requests for new capabilities while ensuring IS strategic alignment and prioritization.
  • Chris Briggs, GVP of Strategic Technology Enablement, gave a Service Modernization update and shared that service metrics continue to trend positively, including an impressive 16% call reduction from January to July.
  • Ryan Klein, VP of Collaboration & Program Operations, introduced the new modern deployment model that will deliver industry-leading efficiency and caregiver satisfaction through automation and persona-based provisioning.
