To help better connect IS caregivers with our executives within IS and across PSJH, the IS Caregiver Engagement Committee has introduced a new series of recordings, with CIO B.J. Moore interviewing executives about their partnership with IS. We even field questions ahead of time from our caregivers via the IS Open Forum Yammer group that he asks on our behalf.
On June 1, B.J. sat down over Teams with Chief Clinical Officer, EVP, Amy Compton-Phillips, M.D. for our first episode of this CIO Fireside Chat series.
Amy became the public face of PSJH since the early stages of COVID-19, appearing in dozens of on-air interviews, bringing awareness to the pandemic and educating others on what PSJH was doing to ensure people were receiving the best care.
During the 40-minute conversation, B.J. asked Amy to share her thoughts about telehealth and other technology adaptations PSJH made in response to COVID-19 and what the system will look like in the coming months. They also discussed how the crisis helped accelerate or showcase our vision of Health for a Better World, among other topics.
In the coming weeks, we’ll share his next guest and give you the opportunity to pose your questions.
