Introducing the IS New Hire Mentorship Program

Complementary to the onboarding updates and resources described above, the IS Caregiver Engagement Committee has also spearheaded the creation of a New Caregiver Mentorship Program.

Designed to pair the newly-hired caregiver with a mentor on their team, the program’s goal is to inspire connection, encourage growth, and promote engagement and career satisfaction in that critical first-year timeframe.

Updated IS Caregiver Orientation and Onboarding Resources Released

IS Administrative & Management Services and the IS Caregiver Engagement Committee have been gathering feedback to update and optimize our new caregiver onboarding experience. This includes enhancements to our new caregiver orientation sessions within IS, as well as new documents to support core leaders in onboarding caregivers and pointing new caregivers to resources as they acclimate to IS and PSJH.
