OneTeam Initiative Prepares to Focus on IM/Chat and Small Group Meeting Tools

Last month, we announced the rollout of OneTeam PSJH’s strategic initiative to update and modernize our enterprise-wide collaboration platform. The initial phases of the OneTeam launch included migration of Shared Services caregivers to a new suite of tools for email, internal collaboration, and file sharing.

We are pleased to report that, while some groups are still progressing through the transition, those caregivers that participated in the October migration waves have successfully been moved to new tools in the Office 365 suite, such as Outlook online email and OneDrive cloud storage.

Today we’re announcing the next major component of the OneTeam solution stack, which will provide PSJH caregivers with a best-of-breed solution for instant messaging, chat and small-group audio/video conferencing. Beginning this week, Cisco Webex Teams and Webex Meetings will be rolled out in phases to caregivers across Shared Services.
