Pausing Our Epic Implementation with Exer

On January 15, 2019, Tabitha Lieberman, SVP of Clinical & Revenue Cycle Applications, shared a memo with all of IS and key partners sharing a necessary pause to our implementation of Epic for the Exer, a Los Angeles-area urgent care system.

Although a difficult decision so close to our originally planned February go-live, the pause was necessary to assess Exer’s evolving urgent model, as well as our other urgent cares within PSJH, and how our tools best support them.
