Thank You for Joining Me for Our First Town Hall Together

It was exciting to bring together such a large group for the first quarterly IS Town Hall since my arrival. In Renton, where we originated the webcast, we had 120+ caregivers seated, with some having to stand! And it sounds like we had great in-room participation across regions. Know I appreciate your engagement.

I can’t encourage our team enough to take advantage of opportunities to get together, share, and ask our questions. Not just at our town halls, but your senior leaders’ team meetings, system webcasts you may be invited to attend, etc. We need to be on the same page and air our concerns, then try to speak to them as openly as possible. Sometimes when a clear answer doesn’t seem to exist, it’s because we don’t yet have one! But, as I said when covering my leadership principles, I will always try to be as transparent as possible.
