Help Test Service Desk’s New AI-Powered Chatbot

Upcoming Modern Workplace Virtual Learning

The OneTeam training program for our Microsoft Modern Workplace tools has expanded to include additional Office 365 applications.   

New courses being launched include OneDrive, OneNote, Forms, and SharePoint. The new curriculum also includes enhanced course offerings for Teams training. Teams 100, Teams 200 and a Skype–to–Teams “crosswalk” class, are all targeted toward a caregiver’s level of experience with the application.

GlobalProtect Becomes Default VPN as We Begin Removing Lecacy AnyConnect and PulseSecure

We have begun the phased transition of PSJH caregivers from using the legacy VPN clients, Cisco AnyConnect and Junos PulseSecure, to using the more modern GlobalProtect solution. This new software offers the same functionality as our existing solutions, but with added security features to ensure our network and data are more thoroughly protected.

Next IS Open Forum on June 16

As B.J. shared in his note to IS last week, we’re going to focus our next IS Open Forum on a discussion about racial equity and social justice, with an emphasis on listening to caregiver experiences and needs. Last month, we had over 1,800 caregivers join us at the IS Open Forum, so these are always dynamic discussions in conjunction our Yammer group.
