Walk-Up IS Tech Bar Relaunch

IS Tech Bars, the walk-up locations where caregivers can meet a technician in-person are relaunching at select locations between August and October 2020. The Tech Bar relaunch plan includes updated processes and procedures, including standard services provided, dedicated staff, and consistent operating hours.

Project Intake Transformation Update and Pause Extension

We have decided to extend the “pause” of new requirements and project requests to IS for the remainder of 2020. We are also in the process of restructuring the intake processes for the long term.

The new intake process went live on July 1, 2020, and the current ideas and demands process will be transitioned.
