New IS Center of Excellence in Redmond, WA

Remote work from home continues to be the default work arrangement for all IS caregivers for whom it is practical. However, as we shared on our October 6 IS & RESO Open Forum, we have opened a new physical office space in Redmond, Washington. Due to COVID-19, desks are only available by the day with your core leader’s approval when you require in-person collaboration or a temporary hoteling space away from your home office.

Dec. 10 is our Virtual Christmas Event and We’re Looking for Musicians

In the coming days, you’ll receive a “save the date” for the IS & RESO virtual Christmas function on December 15. One event will be held in the morning, Pacific Time to accommodate early birds and Providence Global Center caregivers, as well as another in the afternoon. We are looking for IS caregivers with all types of musical abilities to play in our IS Virtual Christmas Party events.

RESO and REH Apps Transition to IS Administrative Technology

On September 12, 2020, Tabitha Lieberman, SVP of Clinical & Revenue Cycle Applications, and Doug Lewis, GVP, Administrative Technology sent a memo announcing an organizational change. Beginning September 13, 2020, the applications and staff supporting Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) and Resource Engineering & Hospitality (REH) will be reporting to  Anand Chetanwala, VP of Service Engineering in the Administrative Technology Service Engineering team.
