Skype Service Accounts Sunset on Nov. 30, 2020

On November 30, 2020, we are sunsetting legacy Skype meeting and conference service accounts. These include accounts such as disaster recovery, mission-critical, and/or maintenance bridge lines, etc.
Once all Skype meeting and conference service accounts are sunset, Skype will be disabled, and caregivers will no longer have the ability to schedule or attend meetings through these Skype accounts. Caregivers can still attend external Skype meetings.

SoCal Position Management Go-Live Success

On October 23, 2020, Enterprise Business Applications GVP Frances Chao shared that the phased launch of position management reports for Southern California region had been successfully completed. This interim solution ahead of the January 2022 implementation of Project Genesis ERP will provide valuable reports on performance, finance, and staffing metrics with drill-down functionality to assist SoCal leadership in their decision-making on position approvals.
