In October, Grace Health System in Lubbock, Texas found themselves in critical need of facility support. With just weeks away from the planned move-in date for the new surgical hospital, Grace and Covenant Health System leadership in Texas reached out to RESO, asking for assistance.

As shared by B.J. Moore, John Milne, M.D., IS & RESO Caregiver Experience executive champion, Doug Lewis, and our area CHRO leader Carlos Adame on our December 1 Open Forum call, we had impressive Caregiver Experience Survey results for 2020. The results show the investments in our teams to take survey feedback over the past years and turn it into actionable improvements to the level of engagement and quality of workplace experience on our teams.
