The IS Healthcare Intelligence (HI) Product Management and Advanced Analytics (PMAA) team has launched new operational dashboard capabilities for iSurvey, a digital survey system used for clinical quality assessment, planning, and decision support.

On our July 22 IS & RESO Open Forum, B.J. Moore, EVP/CIO, welcomed our four new rotation analysts that are part of our first-ever IS & RESO Development Program cohort. The program began last year as a pilot within Finance and is now being adopted across many departments of Providence Shared Services. IS & RESO is sponsoring four recently-graduated, high-GPA rotation analysts.

What a busy summer! There has been so much going on across IS & RESO, I hope that you’re all taking some time off to rest and regroup.
Thank you to all who worked so hard on this past weekend’s big Epic product rollout, and growth and expansion efforts. I know it was a large go-live wave.
Next week, I’m looking forward to attending HIMSS21. Tabitha Lieberman will be receiving a so well-deserved award and Adam Zoller, our Chief Information Security Officer and SVP of Information Security will be speaking on having a “pandemic-ready” cybersecurity strategy and on a state of the industry cybersecurity panel. I look forward to hearing these presentations and having our leadership represented at this prestigious national event.
