Caregiver Experience Survey – Oct. 6-20

The 2021 Caregiver Experience Survey will be conducted beginning Oct. 6 by Willis Towers Watson (WTW), a third-party vendor. The survey will remain open for two weeks and close on Oct. 20 at 11:59 p.m. (PT). The survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete.

Leading the Charge to Simplify Hospital Ventilation Requirements

During a recent refresh of a RESO Technical Standard with leaders in RESO, accreditation, quality, surgical services and infection prevention, the challenge of regulatory surveyors utilizing varying design requirements for operations to meet regulatory requirements became apparent. This challenge is not unique to Providence, which created an opportunity for Providence to take a leadership role in re-thinking the existing framework, resulting in the proposal to NFPA 99.
