Kronos for caregivers at legacy Providence locations — including Swedish, Kadlec, PacMed and Providence Health Plan — will move to Azure single sign-on Dec. 8. Caregivers at legacy St. Joseph Health locations already use SSO to access Kronos.

Permissions for large Microsoft 365 Groups (M365 groups) have been updated to restrict the “Send” and “Reply All” functionality to group owners and authorized senders for M365 groups with 200+ members.

Effective Nov. 9, there will be a new “Report Message” button to report a suspicious email in the desktop version of Outlook. Use the “Report Phishing Email” button until then.
