Last month, select new clinical caregivers participated in an improved Epic training experience using adaptive learning. The training reduces the time a caregiver spends in online Epic courses by identifying information they already know and focusing learning on what they do not.

Providence completed the June 2022 Epic upgrade, which includes the May2021, Aug2021, Nov2021, and Feb2022 upgrade packages. The upgrade migration happened primarily over the weekend of June 12, but the Command Center and troubleshooting will continue until all issues are resolved. Next year, there will be more frequent and smaller upgrades.
