Congratulations on go-live for the second, and final launch release of ServiceNow. Release 2 brings us our long-awaited enterprise-wide caregiver Self-Service Portal functionality for service requests, self-service incident reporting, and sharing project ideas. It also brings our teams powerful new project and portfolio management (PPM) functions.
I was excited to see the go-live message from the Engagement Center on Saturday morning, Nov. 3, and know it marks the culmination of many months of planning, training, beta testing, and optimization for a huge number of IS caregivers.
Thank you to our teams for their truly cross-IS collaboration and transformational effort to improve our processes and our caregiver end user IS experience with smart new tools.
