RESO Update: eBuilder Process Updates

Enhancements to drive efficiency for you!

This month, the RESO PMO Data & Analytics team is rolling out new eBuilder process updates for purchase orders (PO), change orders (CO), and invoices. These enhancements were developed in partnership with RESO leadership and are in better alignment with RESO Technical Standards 115. You can expect improvements for RESOC, RESCO, and RESOI that will go live on Friday, October 25.

Within this launch, there are four changes to anticipate:

  • PO signatures will now use employee names to populate titles. Titles will not be editable.
  • Simplified invoice approval experience.
  • PO CO will have a prep DocuSign step that allows users to sign in specific locations that they can navigate to.
  • Users will have less notifications and will only be notified when their signature is required.
