I want to take a moment to remind everyone of the announcement regarding BJ’s departure and to acknowledge the tremendous impact he’s had on our Mission over the last six years. His vision has helped shape Providence into an industry leader, and his contributions have created a culture of excellence within RESO.
As the organization begins the process of finding BJ’s replacement, I will be reporting directly to Erik Wexler in the interim. Erik has been very supportive of all the incredible work our RESO team is doing, and I want to reassure you that our focus on excellence remains unchanged as we continue to move forward on our current path.
More information will be shared at our next IS & RESO Open Forum on Wednesday, October 16. I encourage everyone to join as we discuss what lies ahead for RESO.
Additionally, be on the lookout for the quarterly Caregiver Experience Survey which should hit your inboxes on October 2. As a reminder, your responses are completely confidential and be used to take meaningful actions to make your experience better. Please take a few moments to complete the survey by October 16.
And finally, IS & RESO are busy preparing for upcoming holiday events. Exciting celebrations are coming soon, and we look forward to sharing more as plans are finalized.
