Dear RESO Team,
I want to invite you to this week’s Open Forum which is a special opportunity to come together as a team and reflect on our recent experiences. We’ll cover a variety of important topics, including our response to the recent CrowdStrike incident and take a moment to express our gratitude for your hard work and dedication during this time. This event will also allow us to recognize fellow caregivers through an active chat dialogue, and we’ll feature a couple of our regular segments.
In addition to our usual segments, expect a couple of special guests who will help us dive deeper into these topics.
What: Open Forum CrowdStrike Recognition Panel
When: Wed., August 21 at 8 a.m. PT, 8:30 p.m. IST

For caregivers in the Spokane and Puget Sound, WA area, I encourage you to join a viewing party and breakfast at your local sites. These gatherings will include social engagement activities and opportunities for Mission service, such as coffee socials, hygiene kit assembly, listening sessions, and BBQs. Finally, I want to extend my thanks to everyone who participated in the caregiver experience survey. Your feedback is invaluable and we’re diligently reviewing thousands of your comments to ensure we hear you clearly. I’m pleased to share that RESO performed better than the average Providence scores on 29 of the 32 questions in the survey and in terms of participation and engagement. Your feedback is vital as we continue working to make RESO an even better place to work.
Thank you for your continued dedication to our Mission, and I look forward to seeing you at the Open Forum.
Best regards,
Mike Denney
