The expanded OnboardMe 30-60-90 tool is a solution designed to help improve the caregiver onboarding experience that helps new caregivers and core leaders stay connected by seeing a real-time view of new caregiver’s preboarding & onboarding progress.
The first 90 days of employment are critical to new caregivers. Why is this important?
The first 90 days in a caregiver’s journey at Providence are crucial to their long-term success at our organization – caregiver turnover is the highest during this time. The Onboarding experience has been identified as a significant pain point across the enterprise by new caregivers, hiring managers, and onboarding administrators.
The OnboardMe tool is focused on reducing the complexity of the onboarding process for our new caregivers; moving from fragmented systems and multiple points of engagement to one single onboarding experience.
How will this help caregivers?
The simple mobile app will provide caregivers a step-by-step guide and resources needed for a successful first three months of work. Caregivers will receive targeted reminders/notifications to help keep them in on track and in compliance!
How can core leaders access the tool?
Core Leaders and Care Team Members can login to the OnboardMe tool here.
How can caregivers access the mobile app?
The OnboardMe mobile app will be available in the Apple and Google app stores. Candidates will log into the mobile app with their phone number and requisition number.
