Dear team,
I hope you all had a restful and reflective Memorial Day weekend. As we honored those who have served and sacrificed, it’s also a great opportunity to acknowledge the amazing veterans who are part of our RESO team and thank them for their service.
Looking ahead to the summer, I am excited to see the great work and initiatives in our pipeline including Caregiver Experience updates, our capital planning, savings initiatives and more. There are already wonderful achievements to celebrate, such as the 30 Providence hospitals that received national recognition for their environmental stewardship work by the 2024 Practice Greenhealth Environmental Excellence Awards. We have 4 hospitals in the Top 25 nationally: St Patrick, Swedish Issaquah, Swedish Cherry Hill and Swedish First Hill. This is a testament to our commitment to sustainability and excellence and shows that Providence is a leader in this space.
Your dedication and hard work continue to drive us forward and I look forward to the successes we’ll celebrate by the end of the year.
