Cycle 1 of the ProvMentorship program begins this month for mentors and mentees.
Everyone has skills, knowledge, and experience to share with someone striving to reach a goal. This belief is the foundation of the ProvMentorship program.
The new mentorship program matches mentors and mentees based on skills – regardless of location, role, or function – to connect caregivers with others who excel at the skills they want to develop. There are two mentorship cycles a year. Leading up to the mentorship period, mentees and mentors will learn about the program, upskill to prepare, and match before the mentoring begins in March.
