The January Open Forum dove deeper into IS & RESO 2024 strategies, celebrated Q4 2023 SMIle Awards recipients, and acknowledged a hard week for some teams.
Thank you to everyone who joined our first Open Forum of 2024. Attendance was great, with nearly 1,900 IS & RESO caregivers joining live. The Q&A was particularly engaging; check out the IS & RESO Open Forum Viva Engage platform for details.
For those who missed it, a summary of highlights and links to the slide deck and recording are below. Our next Open Forum will be in March, stay tuned for the meeting invitation or check back on the IS & RESO Hub for the exact date.
