Since joining our RESO team in 2014, Phil Donovan has been instrumental in advancing and modernizing our IS applications, data structures and the creation of the reporting platform that brings our leaders critical information to manage our highly complex business. His accomplishments include transitioning our lease payment process out of excel workbooks to a fully operational lease admin system in Archibus, onboarding CBRE and transitioning an immense amount of data to support their systems, integrating financial data to various applications such as eBuilder, building our first data warehouse and transitioning it to the CDW, as well as supporting and successfully exporting and managing our data and chart of accounts through the Genesis transition. His steadfast and dedicated leadership has consistently delivered data and automation solutions to improve our day-to-day work.
Today we are announcing a number of alignment changes for our RESO Data and Analytics teams that will allow us to continue advancing and modernizing our data and applications while providing access to greater technology.
First, Leslie Cooper and Erin Williams, our dedicated CAD experts, will be transitioning to report to Rachel Jenner, ED Planning & Design, as part of the consolidation of our planning, architecture and space management efforts.
Second, to continue our focus on data analytics and application optimization, Phil Donovan and team will transition to IS Admin Tech. Dave Schofield, Wiley Swogger and Cody Coulombe will continue to report to Phil and focus on supporting RESO while gaining the resources and subject matter support of the Admin Tech team.
As part of this realignment, I’m also pleased to announce and hope you will join me in congratulating Phil Donovan on a well-deserved promotion to Executive Director.
