We are thrilled to welcome Justin Strzelecki as our new Senior Director of Design and Construction supporting Southern California. Justin will oversee construction and project management, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. Additionally, he will coordinate and communicate with stakeholders while maintaining the highest project quality.

Justin joins us as a proven leader with 25 years of experience in the construction industry and brings a wealth of experience across diverse projects including healthcare, museums, federal, commercial, and higher education. He earned degrees in both Architectural and Civil Engineering and holds an OSHA 30 certification.
In his time away from work, Justin enjoys family life and can be found driving his 11-year-old daughter, Maggie and 9-year-old son, Grant to their weekend sporting events. He also enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and relaxing on the beach. Welcome to the RESO team, Justin!
