On April 18, B.J. Moore, his executive leadership team, and 800 IS caregivers tuned in via a Microsoft Teams “live event” webcast to hear a reflection from Tabitha Lieberman, updates on ERP, the ServiceNow Madrid release, and live Q&A with B.J. and our execs.
In addition to showcasing the new capabilities of Teams (which is not yet released to IS, but was being used by our presenters to stream over the web to attendees), we also introduced the new Yammer group to complement our Open Forum calls.
