The IS executive team is committed to improving our caregiver engagement by sponsoring a group of passionate caregivers interested in serving a year-long term on the second-year generation of this committee, founded in spring 2018.
The charter of this new working group is to create an environment that supports caregiver engagement and promotes a healthy organization by developing internal programs and events that support PSJH IS engagement, enablement, and growth. It is a serious commitment, but one that will let the right group of IS caregivers deliver significant impact to the health of the IS work environment.

Review the Engagement Committee charter and, if it sounds like a challenge you’d like to take on, draft an email telling our exec team: 1.) What program or change you would implement to improve employee engagement; 2.) Why you would like to be part of the PSJH IS Caregiver Engagement Committee; and 3.) What caregiver engagement means to you. Our goal is to identify a crack team of approximately a dozen representatives from across IS. Deadline is May 15, 2019.
