30-60-90-Day OnboardMe Tool Capabilities Available for IS Starting November 17

The OnboardMe Team, in close partnership with the Training Education & Development (TED) Team, will be launching a pilot program introducing their expanded 30-60-90-Day workflow content and capabilities. Starting on November 17, all new Shared Services IS caregivers (with a start date on or after November 14) and their respective core leaders, will be the very first groups across Providence to leverage and pilot the new tool capabilities.

After key feedback and learnings are gained through this pilot program, the OnboardMe 30-60-90 capabilities will be released and available across all Providence regions and ministries.

As a reminder, Providence OnboardMe offers two platform solutions to improve the onboarding process:

  • Mobile application for candidates to guide/track their progress along every step of their onboarding journey, from offer acceptance through the completion of their first official day.
  • Candidate Onboarding Manager (COM) web-based portal tool, providing hiring managers and all care team members delivering onboarding support to candidates with a shared, real-time view of the candidate’s onboarding progress.

With the new 30-60-90 capabilities, you will be able to extend the preboarding experience for our new caregivers into their 90-day onboarding experience. This will help enable us to provide a more welcoming and informative introduction to our new caregivers to ensure that they have access to all the tools, information, and resources they need to be successful at their job.

For those IS core leaders who have previously taken the required training and already have access to the current OnboardMe COM Portal, you and your newly hired caregivers (starting on or after November 14) will automatically be able to access and try out the new 30-60-90 content and capabilities starting Thursday, November 17.

If you have not yet taken the required training, please view the below training options and proceed with your preferred option to complete the training and be provided tool access. 

OnboardMe COM Portal Access – Training Required for Core Leaders to Access

  1. Option A: Access to the OnboardMe COM Portal requires the completion of a one-hour live training overview. Please visit the Administrative Technology Training Calendar and select a day and session time that works best for your schedule. Double-click the event to add it to your calendar. Sessions are offered on an ongoing weekly basis.
  2. Option B: Complete the New Interactive eLearning Training Module (approx. 30-40 minutes) with integrated Knowledge-checks on your own time and preferred pace.
