On our July 22 IS & RESO Open Forum, B.J. Moore, EVP/CIO, welcomed our four new rotation analysts that are part of our first-ever IS & RESO Development Program cohort.
The program began last year as a pilot within Finance and is now being adopted across many departments of Providence Shared Services. IS & RESO is sponsoring four recently-graduated, high-GPA rotation analysts.
About the Providence Development Program
- Two-year program during which participants complete four, six-month rotations
- Upon completion of the program, rotation analysts will find conventional roles on our teams
- All college graduates within six months of earning their BA/BS (not MBA/Master’s program)
- NOT an internship program, these are FTE analysts embedded in our team.
- Goals of program:
- Create strong collegiate talent pipeline
- Create highly-networked, cross-trained, uber-competitive candidates for future positions in our teams, especially where we have strategic need
- Enhance the diversity of our workforce
