Thank you to all of you who joined our June 3 IS & RESO Open Forum. I really appreciated Providence Global Center CHRO Leslie Pim’s heartfelt reflection for those lost and enduring suffering in Hyderabad and the rest of India, due to COVID-19. We acknowledge the difficult challenges for our caregivers and their families and stand in solidarity with you.
I’m so proud of the many months of effort across IS leading to our largest-ever May 15 Epic go-live across Orange County High Desert. Tabitha Lieberman provided a great overview of the tremendous scope of the go-live on Epic while rationalizing so many other critical applications across our portfolio. As Tabitha said, we are not done in OCHD and there is so much more to do, including Epic version upgrade toward the end of this month, our summer deployments, product waves, and Northern California go-live in September. We’re rooting for all those involved and recognize the focus and determination you demonstrate. The great feedback from system leadership is a testament of this.
In the coming days, look for a “save the date” from my calendar for our second-annual IS & RESO Summer Virtual Social on August 31, when hopefully we can enjoy some fun together.
Also, please watch for a separate communication coming soon about how we’re moving forward with our plans for a hybrid work model. Starting on July 6, with a phased approach, many caregivers in roles based out of administrative offices will have increased on-site collaboration options.
Finally, happy Pride Month, Juneteenth, and Father’s Day! I’m proud of this team of diverse caregivers, talents, and backgrounds that make our work better and our workplace so vital.
