In a memo to executive leadership on May 17, 2021, Regional CHRO, Carlos Adame, shared and updated model for IS & RESO HR business partners, effective June 1, 2021.
This includes new support model includes two new HR business partners, Ankita Sodhi and Melissa Cromwell.
Functional pillars that now have new HRBPs include:
- All of RESO (formerly supported by Ankita)
- IS Strategy & Centers of Excellence
- Administrative Technology
- Information Security
