The IS Enterprise Business Applications teams is pleased to announce the go-live of Kronos Core Analytics for core leaders within IS & RESO.
Kronos Core Analytics is a tool to help core leaders with direct reports access on-demand workforce reporting and data needed to drive decision-making on common workforce challenges.
Some of the key Benefits of Kronos Core Analytics include:
- Expands and eases core leaders’ ability to report on key workforce performance metrics, some examples are: Overtime, Standby Time, Missed Meals and Breaks, Unpaid Time, Deficient Punches (red boxes), and Punch Details to the employee level.
- Provides the ability to actively see where caregivers are applying their time and gives core leaders the ability to monitor and track department hours
- Gives a holistic view to senior leadership over multiple departments or ministries
- Highest benefit will be to core leaders with non-exempt caregivers although all employee data is available.
Currently, Core Analytics is in use at legacy SJH (SJH Kronos) and several legacy PHS regions (PHS Kronos), with plans to roll out to all Providence core leaders.
