Values in Action, our annual caregiver recognition program, returns after an unforgettable year. Take a moment to recognize each other for the hard work and contributions of this past year, and spotlight those who serve as an inspiration.
Nominate a fellow caregiver, provider or volunteer who goes above and beyond to model all five of our core values: Compassion, Dignity, Justice, Excellence and Integrity.
Nominations opened May 3 through Labor Day, Sept. 6, using the online submission form. TIP: You may need to click “Fix connection” to Office 365/SharePoint/Outlook, then click “Allow” to access the form.
If you or caregivers on your team do not have easy access to a computer, or need assistance, please ask your Mission leader for a print version of the form.
How are awardees celebrated?
Awardees in each region will be recognized for their contributions. A small group of exemplary award recipients will be selected to represent their region at the system-level, and will be presented with a monetary award and be celebrated at a 2022 system event.
What about last year’s awardees?
Many local celebrations honoring their regional awardees have occurred in 2020 or will be coming soon during this nomination period. Due to COVID, the system-level Values in Action caregivers selected last year will be celebrated virtually this summer. Their stories and accomplishments are sure to inspire, and we look forward to sharing more details soon. Watch for updates in a future newsletter.
Who is eligible?
All caregivers are eligible to be nominated or nominate others after completing one year of service, regardless of work location.
