A reminder that, in our ongoing effort to align processes and procedures across PJSH IS, the IS Contract Operations Team has put together a process map and other resources to help assist managers in moving contracts through the appropriate review and approval processes. These documents and process apply to both PHS and SJH and representsĀ a shared effort across many teams including IT Contracting, IS Contract Operations, Finance and Requisition.
The outcome of this collaboration effort is a process map that includes a summary of what to send through the IT Contracting Portal for review.
This process map is a living document and will continue to be updated as we further work to align Providence and St. Joseph administrative workflows and systems. These efforts will help guide you when dealing with operational and capital purchases and projects, especially those with long term IS implications.
