Submit Your Great Ideas Directly to Microsoft

Providence caregivers now have an exciting new way to provide Microsoft with game-changing ideas that might improve their products and better support our specific needs.

Through Providence’s strategic partnership with Microsoft, Information Services has created a formal process for our caregivers to request, prioritize, and track Microsoft feature requests that could benefit our caregivers.

IS and Microsoft are looking for feedback from all Providence caregivers. When you are using a Microsoft tool, what do you wish you could do with it? What could the tool do for you? How could the application better support your workflow? The ideas and opportunities are endless.

Please note that, while a request submission does not guarantee it will be placed on Microsoft’s roadmap, they are committed to seriously reviewing all our submitted ideas. Examples of prior requests submitted are:

  • Allow Guest presenters in Teams live events
  • Provide multiple people the ability to host breakout rooms in a Teams meeting
  • More inclusive emojis in Teams
  • Microsoft’s data recovery plan if the Azure Active Directory goes down
  • Increase the 10,000-line limit on Azure search results
  • Send email alerts for overdue Azure DevOps items
  • Heatmap capability in Power BI
